SAIT Curling League
A Short History
The first SAIT league began in the fall of 1963 when we formed a club that curled at the Winter Club. We used their facilities for two years after which we moved to the Foothills Curling facilities (now a self-storage building). We curled there for two years before moving to the Calgary Curling Club in the fall of 1967. In the fall of 1975 the CCC burned down and we had to scramble to get ice time at the Inglewood Club. Then in the following year we went back to the CCC where we have remained.
This is a great league and SAIT should be proud that we have kept up one of the more important social aspects of current and former employees along with their friends.

Welcome to the SAIT Curling League!
I have been indisposed for a few weeks now and I've struggled to update our standings. I'm hoping that things are now straightened out. My apologies if there are any errors.
For those of you who would like a little more curling I would suggest Sunday mornings at North Hill Curling Club with ANAF. Starts at 10:45. Fees are reasonable and all levels of curlers are accepted. Fun bunch. Contact Tim Varga at (403) 880-6687. tvarga06@icloud.c
If you want to participate in the Pick 8 and fill a form in advance for Thursday's draw, you can download the form. The download will have 8 forms (sorry). Cut out the number that you want to use and give to Stu on Thursday ($1 per form)
